What is the difference between PULSELeads and PRULeads?

PRULeads is the new name of PULSELeads.

In this new version of PRUForce 2.0, will my old leads from version 1 be retained?

Yes. Your data from the old PRUForce v1 should still be in PRULeads inside PRUForce v2.

Who should I contact if PULSE Leads isn't working?

Please email PULSEGeniusSupport@prulifeuk.com.ph with the screenshot of the error/issue so we can investigate. Note that the PULSE Geniuses are online from Monday to Fridays, 9AM - 5PM.

Oh no, I missed the 2-hour SLA. What will happen to my leads?

For most new leads (except for Leads that are Referrals or your existing Customers), if you miss the SLA, then the Lead will be taken away and redistributed to another agent.

Please make sure to Accept and Contact your Leads by the SLA. Studies show you are much more likely to convert a Lead to a Customer if you can respond quickly to the Lead.

How do I accept and contact my New Leads?

First, check if your “Received Leads” toggle is turned “On” in the Home Screen. If this is turned “Off”, you will not be receiving new leads.

To contact your lead, you have to accept them first. Follow the following:
• In the Home Screen, you will see your new Leads.
• Click the “Accept” button and the initial Contact SLA will start. Initiate contact before the SLA expires.
• Click “Call” to try and call the lead. For other Contact options like SMS and email, click the “….”

What is the difference between a Prospect and a Lead?

A Prospect can be thought of as an Individual Person while a Lead is an Opportunity to try and sell someting to that Individual (Prospect). One Prospect can have many Leads over time, and thus in PRULeads you can see for each of your Prospects all of their Historical Leads you have managed.

Can I manually add a Lead in PULSE Lead?

Yes! Just follow the instructions below:

1. Go to Leads & Prospects Menu in Home Screen
2. Locate the Add Prospect icon (top right corner)
3. Input the Prospect's Name and Phone Number and hit "Enter"
4. The Prospect will be created!
5. Alternatively, you can add prospect from your Phonebook. To do this, select "Import" from Contacts in Step #3 instead of filling Name and Phone Number.
6. Select contacts you wished to be added as Prospects
7. Commit, and Prospects should be added in PRULeads

Do I really have to update the Activity Status of all my Leads?

Yes. This information is critical to improve Lead Quality and your own Conversion Ratio.

It’s also important to update the Activity Status for your own Agent Sourced Leads (AOL) in order for your Agency Leader to help provide more personalized coaching and support. These are keys for you being more successful!

I’m not getting any notifications for new Leads. What should I do?

You can go to Preferences, under the “Notifications” section where you can specify different types of Notification options (including e-mail) for New Leads.

You will also receive Notifications in the App for your New Leads and will also be given reminder Notifications in the App before they expire.

The calendar will help me a lot in the scheduling of Appointments. How do I create a new Appointment?

Once you and your Lead has agreed on a definite date and time, go into the Prospects & Leads (by clicking on the Prospect tile in the Home Screen). For all the Leads there, you can click on the “Update” button and will have an option to “Make Appointment”.

After setting the Appointment Details, go back to the Home Screen and click on the Calendar tile to see all your appointments. PULSE Leads can send you notifications of your upcoming appointment if you toggle the Notifications to set Reminders.

How do I get more information about the Lead Campaign for Marketing Leads?

For all of the Lead Campaigns that you have been assigned to, you will see a section on the Home Screen for "Lead Campaigns". Each Lead Campaign will appear in a separate tile from left to right. When you click on a Lead Campaign tile, then you will see Descriptions, Tips and FAQs.

There will also be a link to "Agent Support Kit" where you can see various images, videos, links and call scripts to help you convert your leads.

Can PULSE Leads show me my Lead Performance?

Yes and we encourage you to check it regularly. From the Home Screen, you can click on the "Insights" Tile and there will be several different reports that will help you review your performance.

It’s important to update your lead status because this will be the basis of your report like how you are performing on SLAs, your Open Lead Status, Aging Leads you have, performance on Closed Leads, etc.

I received an SMS that I have new leads but when I login, there isn't. What should I do?

Please check on the Prospects & Leads tile and navigate/scroll down to the bottom of the screen to check the new leads. Alternatively, you can also search for your leads' name on the Search field. Note that the new leads may be an existing client already so this gives you opportunity for resell.

What is PRUForce @PULSE?

PRUForce @PULSE is a superapp designed to contain our existing portals like PULSE Leads, PRUExpert, performance dashboard and many more. Right now, PULSE Leads is the only active module in PRUForce which is accessible only to certain agents but we will begin rollout to the whole agency force as soon as possible!

What are the features we can expect from PRUForce @PULSE?

Aside from PULSE Leads, PRUForce will soon have modules for the following: Recruitment, Training, Performance, Incentives, Sales Kit and more. We encourage you to attend our monthly PULSE Hour to learn more about PRUForce and the digital ecosystem that is PULSE. Watch out for the emails from Agency Support and Segment Marketing for the dates.

Can I use face ID/touch ID to login to PRUForce @PULSE?

Yes, after you have logged in to PRUForce@PULSE, you can click "setting" in left-hand side menu. After you have enabled "Biometric Login" in setting page, then use Touch ID/Face ID to login. There are instances that the biometric login will not work. It could be either due the following: (A) You are not registered in PRISM yet or (B) Your password in PRISM has expired. Please login to PRISM to activate/reset your account.

I already have PRUForce installed in my phone for PULSE Leads. Will I need to re-download once the complete package PRUForce app is available? 

Yes. Those who are accessing PRUForce right now for PULSE Leads are required to re-download and re-install the app. We will send the download link once the complete PRUForce @PULSE is live.

This PRUForce App sounds overwhelming but I'm excited for its features! Are there materials/trainings I can do to prepare myself?

Definitely! We are conducting the monthly PULSE Hour to discuss PULSE and PRUForce so feel free to attend if you can. We will also be releasing materials soon for your own training and sharing with fellow agents.
